Executive
Creative Director

Top creative skills, multiple award wins, a high industry profile, and extensive creative leadership experience? Absolutely. As you'd expect.

But what sets me apart are three powerful strengths that go beyond the norm and add real value to the companies I work with:

I’m entrepreneurial and commercially savvy.
Having founded and led agencies, I understand the business side of creativity as deeply as the craft. This makes me a true partner to the business leadership team.

I’m truly multidisciplinary.
With hands-on expertise across a broad spectrum of communication disciplines and their specific platforms, I seamlessly blend tools and techniques across every channel and touchpoint, spotting connections and opportunities others miss.

I’m a professional creativity trainer and sprint facilitator.
I love seeing people grow, helping teams thrive, and co-creating in ways that turn creativity from a department into a driving force for the whole business.

It’s this combination of multidisciplinary creativity, commercial acumen, and talent development that – on top of the usual creative leadership skills – makes me a powerful addition to any team aiming to make creative excellence sustainable.

I was born in Europe, and I’ve been based in London, UK, for more than 12 years. I’ve worked across numerous countries and cultures, in the UK, EMEA, and global creative leadership roles, including at multi-market C-suite level. Wherever I go, I’m a driven creative partner to clients, and an engaging team builder and change agent driving creative transformation for agencies.

I’ve worked for top agencies specialising in brand advertising, social media, PR and influencer marketing, experiential, and creative commerce, as well as client-side, as CMO of an e-commerce company, and I’m therefore ideally suited to develop and lead full-funnel integrated campaigns.

My most recent agency role was Chief Creative Officer of LeSHOP, a new creative agency launched as part of Publicis Groupe UK. I was part of the founding executive leadership team and involved in all aspects of defining, establishing, and launching the agency.

Previously, my UK roles included VP Creative for the digital company Jellyfish Global (part of the global creative leadership team, responsible for Google), Global Creative Director at VMLY&R (responsible for Diageo), Creative Partner for the UK & Europe at TBWA\London (responsible for Airbnb), Chief Creative Officer for the UK and EMEA at Weber Shandwick (establishing the creative function and rewiring the agency for creativity).

My creative achievements have been recognised with more than 150 accolades across multiple sectors, particularly in the social media and PR categories. As a result, I’m frequently invited to join top-tier creative competitions as a jury president or jury member – including Cannes Lions (twice), D&AD (three times), Effie UK (three times), Campaign Big Awards (twice), SABRE Awards (twice), among many others.

I’ve co-founded three businesses. The one I still own and run is WINGS Creative Leadership Lab, where I train teams, facilitate workshops, and help companies elevate their creativity. I’m a believer in continuous education and I'm walking the talk by studying as well – most recently Artificial Intelligence at MIT.

I regularly speak at global industry events, including Cannes Lions, D&AD Festival, and the Festival of Marketing. I’m a WACL member and part of the Advisory Council of Global Women in Marketing.
